To book our services, a Non-Refundable deposit of 40-50% of the service fee is required please take a second to review our policies before booking your Appointment. We recommend making a consultation appointment if you're unsure of the services you require. Please avoid booking two appointment slots at once, and contact us if you need to add extra services.

To reschedule or cancel an appointment, request changes at least 48 hours before the appointment. You have 90 days to reschedule, but if you don't, you'll lose your deposit. Rescheduling can be done via phone, text, or email. Keep in mind that changes must be made using these methods to receive credit. Additionally, appointment types cannot be changed on the same day.

Braids/extensions do not include hair
Detangling hair that takes longer than usual incurs a service charge of $25 and up
Haircuts/trims can be added to any service
Prices subject to change based on factors such as service duration, hair density, and length.
No children or additional guests allowed, and if not being serviced, wait in your car.
Reschedule & Cancellations
For customers with thick or long hair, an additional service time add-on option is available during appointments to avoid potential extra charges on the day of service.
